How is my Guarantee valid?

My Voucher code won't work?

To use one of our discount voucher codes you must create an account & be logged in when placing your order. Voucher's aren't valid on guest checkouts.

When will my order be delivered?

Stock permitting, orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of the payment being processed. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times, we aim to have your order with you within the maximum 14 day period.


Do I have to be there to sign for a delivery?

Yes – a member of the household must be there for your to sign the release form. If you have any special requirement please contact our Customer Services team once you have placed your order.


What is Sabichi's returns and refunds policy?

Your happiness is our main concern, but if for any reason you wish to return any items all we ask is that the products returned are in fully resalable condition with non damaged packaging. We will offer you an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer.


How can I get a VAT receipt?

If you are reclaiming the VAT all you require is the invoice which is sent to you with the goods.

How can I view and update my account?

In order for you to place an order from, you will need to create an online account. This account will be where your information can be stored, including you shipping and billing addresses, telephone number and email account. You can log into your Sabichi account at any time to update you details or place an order or even re-order.
