Homemaker Pancakes
 
  • 200g plain flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 600ml Milk
  • 30ml Melted butter
  • Melted butter or oil for frying pan
  • Your favourite toppings
 
make it happen - Stack them high!
  • Break the eggs into a bowl and start whisking them incorporating the flour as you do so.
  • Add the milk gradually and keep whisking until the batter looks creamy and smooth.
  • Brush your pan lightly with butter or cooking oil.
  • Heat the pan until sizzling hot, reduce heat to medium before adding the pancake batter.
  • It's a good idea to do a test pancake to see if you're using the correct amount of batter.
  • The edges will become loose in about 20 seconds. When batter has solidified, turn the pancake over.
  • Cook the second side of your pancake for a few seconds.
  • Remove from pan onto a plate and keep warm whilst you make remaining pancakes. You can do that by layering the pancakes using greaseproof paper between.
  • Add the toppings of your choice and Enjoy!
